● 1 No Sphere for Mixed Butanes of diameter 17.5 m and capacity 2,800 m3
PORT TANK FARM AND LOADING FACILITIES FOR JUBAIL EXPORT REFINERY

Services Provided: Detailed Engineering & Design, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning for Storage & Loading Facilities, Package # 9
The Project ( Package 9) involved the construction of Storage facilities, Loading/ unloading Facilities, metering, transfer pipelines, control & substation buildings, numerous utility lines, and firefighting system installation on an EPC basis for SATORP Refinery at Jubail Industrial Port. The scope included civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecom & communication, piping, insulation, and painting works for the completion of facilities including loading/unloading arms installation and its commissioning.

The pipeline works under this package comprised of products mostly DIESEL, GASOLINE, and JETA1 of sizes 24 – 32 inch dia. The total major pipeline erected under this Package in terminal viz Berth 54 & 62, is approx. 30 km sizes 24 – 32 Dia inches and numerous RTR Pipelines for utilities.
The facilities broadly consist of the following units:
- Unit 801 – Transfer Pipelines (These pipelines routed through SASREF Corridor inside KFIP)
- Unit 841 – Air System
- Unit 861 – Sewer System
- Unit 871 – Emergency Diesel Generator
- Unit 891 – Port Tank Farm and Vapour of Organic Compound (VOC) Recovery (Included various Pumps, Vapor Recovery Unit, Six (6) nos. of Storage Tanks, Four (4) nos. Metering Skids, Scrappers, Vessels, etc.)
- Unit 901 – Port Operation Buildings (included Substation, Process Control Room and Yard Operation Buildings, Diesel Generator, etc)
- Unit 902 – Loading Facilities comprising of 2 berths viz 54 & 62 (Included Marine Loading Arms, vessels, pumps, operator shelters, etc)

This package included detailed Design and Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre-Commissioning for Offsite Pipeline Package, SP-2 for Civil, structural, all bulk Piping, fire fighting system, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.
The major pipelines are
•Sea Water Supply & Redundancy (2900 mm Dia – 3.5 KM x 2 ),
•Sea water Return (2100 mm dia – 3.5 KM),
•Crude Oil Line (30 inch Dia – 6.5 KM).
•Gasoline/ Diesel Export Line (36 inch Dia – 4 Km),
•Gasoline Recirculation Line (24 inch Dia – 2 KM), and
•Several RTR Lines of various Dia for Industrial Waste water, Sewage, Potable water.
SHY-1 & PETRO RABIGH PIPE LINES RELOCATION – PACKAGE (MC-7 REMAINING WORKS)

The scope includes construction of a 20” Pipeline x 1 km and associated facilities inside SASREF.
Cause way Tank Farm facilities. The scope includes installation of booster pumps, schipper pumps, metering skids and scrapper facilities . The scope also requires upgrade of existing substations and control systems.
This Lumpsum Procure & Built package included Procurement, Construction and Pre-Commissioning. Construction includes civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and painting works for completion of the facilities and its pre-commissioning.
INSTALLATION OF ONSHORE PIPELINE WORKS AND ASSOCIATED FOR SAUDI ARAMCO’S REPLACEMENT OF PIPELINE BRRI FIELD PROJECT IN KSA(ONSHORE)

Installation of internally coated new pipelines viz. 36’’ Dia, 24’’ Dia, and 16” Dia trunk lines including associated civil & structural, electrical & instrumentation, etc at GOSP 5 and Berri.
Installation of new scrapper receivers for 36’’ Dia and 24’’ Dia Lines at GOSP 5 with associated piping, civil & structural, etc.
